Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your electronics in the original manufacturer's box, ensuring all internal padding is secure to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition and serial numbers of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
